When and Where Is It?
Friday 29 January – Friday 5 February, but if you need more meditation time, you’re actually invited to come earlier or leave later for solo retreat. You can book lengthier accomodations on the same page where you book the retreat.
OK, So If I Can Come For More Than 7 Days, Can I Come For Less?
No. You have to attend the entire retreat, or sit this one out.

Fools Valley has offered us very generous rates, which you can see on the registration page.
Wow Neat! Are There Any Other Expenses You’re Not Telling Me About?
Well the fees only cover the cost of the retreat. You pay Tucker through the Buddhist tradition of Dana, which is a donation you make after the retreat ends.
That’s a Very Reasonable Cost, But I Can’t Afford It.
You can apply for a scholarship from the Open Dharma Foundation if you need money to attend. There are quarterly deadlines for up to USD2000 (15th of Jan, Apr, July, and Oct), or for USD300 or less, you can apply anytime.
Great, How Do I Sign Up?
There are TWO STEPS to sign up: fill out the registration form, and then send payment (payment instructions are on the form). Please make sure you do BOTH steps at the same time.
What If I Sign Up But Need to Cancel?
Before 29 Nov, you’d get a 50% refund, and from 30 Nov to 29 Dec, 30%. Starting 30 Dec, there are no refunds. (Refunds amounts might be a bit lower due to transaction costs, especially if your money isn’t in EUR).
What Do I Do If I Have Questions?
If they’re about the retreat facility (food, room types, etc.) then contact Fools’ Valley. If it’s about the retreat itself, then contact Tucker.
